Experience the beneficial effects of Ayurveda with volcanic salt from the Indian Himalayas. This salt is rich in valuable minerals such as sulfur and magnesium, which contribute to muscle relaxation and relief of tension. Iron and potassium support natural circulation and revitalization of the skin. Lower concentrations provide a relaxing bath to soothe body and mind. Higher concentrations are suitable for intensive care in sulfur baths, which are beneficial in the treatment of skin issues or joint conditions.

1. Therapeutic sulfur bath

Dissolve 3 heaping tablespoons of salt in a water bath at 36–38 °C.

You can increase the concentration up to 1 kg of salt per 100 liters of water (ratio 1:100) for an osmotic effect that promotes the elimination of toxins from the body.

TIP: To reduce the sulfur smell, add a teaspoon of PURITY VISION® Organic Lavender Oil.

2. Relaxing volcanic bath

Add 1 tablespoon of salt to warm water and let it dissolve.

For perfect relaxation, add your favorite PURITY VISION® Organic Oil.

TIP: For extra softness, apply Organic Shea Butter or your favorite PURITY VISION® Organic Body Butter after the bath.

WARNING: Remove jewelry before bathing. Otherwise, the salt may irreversibly stain or damage it.

Our natural volcanic salt Kala Namak comes from the Indian Himalayan region. It is mined from 250-million-year-old salt deposits. The Ayurvedic salt has a reddish-gray hue. Thanks to its high content of magnesium, chloride, sulfur compounds, iron, potassium, and calcium, it has a strong sulfuric aroma.
